Journey to Justice is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization — your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our time, efforts, and presentations are valuable commodities in changing the lives of older adults through educational training and our beneficiary program. We currently charge a minimal fee for our educational programming, and greatly appreciate any and all donations. 100% of any monies collected go directly toward improving the lives of our older population.

Montour Motorcycle Riders Benefit Ride

Journey to Justice members with the Montour Motorcycle Riders and community members outside American Legion Post 40 in Danville, PA

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, members of the Montour Motorcycle Riders Club were joined by the Steel Hammers Motorcycle Club as well as other community members for a beneficiary ride for Journey to Justice.

The benefit ride consisted of several stops throughout the area, beginning at the Danville American Legion, to the Montgomery Legion, Benton VFW, Mifflinville Rangers Fire Department, and ending at the Danville American Legion, where a meal was provided by the Danville Moose and desserts by the Women of the Moose. Games and 50/50 tickets were sold, and a donation of $740.00 was presented to Journey to Justice, where every penny will be used in their Beneficiary Program to improve the lives of older adults in our communities.

We are so very grateful to the Montour Motorcycle Club for this wonderful benefit ride and to member Lisa Croak, whose mother, Marsha Croll, was a victim of abuse at the same facility as our founder's mother, Alice. Lisa introduced us to this wonderful group of community members doing good things to help others.

Health Career Students Give Back

💜💜Talk about being blown away! These health career students of Robin Harvey (teacher and leader extraordinaire) did dress down days all through this school year wearing their Journey to Justice shirts! At the conclusion of the school year, they donated the entire year of collections to US!! What a privilege for Nevin Fiedler and I to accept this check on behalf of J to J! These students are graduated in June and going on to further studies in the health career arena. The future looks bright! Shout out to all of them and their fabulous, top notch instructors! Now....as I always say....go out and do good things! Congrats to all! It was our honor to be a small part of your training! 💜💜

100% Volunteer-Powered Our nonprofit board members do not receive — nor do we ever plan to receive — salaries. We are strictly volunteers. Every dollar you give goes directly to the people who need it most.

Alzheimer's Awareness

Support the Fight Against Alzheimer's

Do What You Love to End ALZ is a fundraising event hosted by the Alzheimer's Association that takes place every year on June 21st. It's a simple and meaningful idea: do something you love — a walk, a bake sale, a bike ride, anything — and use it to raise awareness of Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

Journey to Justice proudly recognizes and honors this day. If you'd like to participate, we invite you to create your own fundraiser in support of the cause — and we also welcome donations directly to Journey to Justice as part of your commitment to protecting older adults in our community.
